Armour Automotive was formed in 1990 and is owned by Armour Group plc who have been listed on the stock exchange since 1971 and have annual sales of £62m. Our strong brand portfolio includes Autoleads, which is acknowledged as being the industry standard for in-vehicle connectivity solutions and Radiomobile, the oldest after market car stereo manufacturer in the UK.
Through our range of specialist brands we offer in excess of 2500 different products to more than 1200 customers covering a wide range of market sectors, including retail aftermarket, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), leisure, commercial vehicles, car dealerships and agriculture.
In the retail aftermarket we are the largest supplier, in our sector, to Halfords and Motorworld and to over 1000 independent retail stores across the whole of the UK and Ireland.
In the OEM sector our customers include BMW, Bentley and Hyundai and we are suppliers to Scania Trucks, Volvo construction and Case New Holland Tractors.
We have recently entered the in-car Bluetooth music streaming and mobile phone handsfree solution market with the launch of the iO range of products. iOPlay our innovate music streaming device is now listed in all 440 Halfords stores and over 700 Carphone Warehouse stores.
We sell our products in the majority of countries in Europe countries and own a subsidiary business based in Sweden, supporting the local market and the other Scandinavian countries.
Our UK based manufacturing facilities combined with a far eastern supply chain help to ensure that we offer competitive pricing combined with the ability to respond extremely quickly to our customer’s requirements. We hold ISO 9001 accreditation.
